Swim Bike Run Triathlon Club

Our training sessions cater for athletes at all levels and ages.  Whether you want to keep generally fit or you are working towards an event such as a triathlon, a marathon, a local running event or even and Ironman all are welcome.

Swimming on a Monday

Swim training is currently held in the pool at Clements Hall Leisure Centre, Hawkwell, from 9:00pm for one hour.

Starting in spring we also run training events concentrating on open water swimming at one of the local open water venues.

Cycle training on a Wednesday

During the winter (from 4/10/17) we will be training at Clements Hall, Hawkwell, SS5 4LN, with a triathlon focussed spin session.  This 45 minute class starts at 8pm and will help you build up your strength for the season ahead.

In the spring and summer this moves to the road with specific training exercises on the roads around Rochford, Wakering and Canewdon.  Start times vary but generally start from Golden Cross at 7:30pm for about an hour.

Run training on a Thursday

Run training starts at 7:30pm and the location will vary each week depending on the exercise.  Quite often we run from Chalkwell along the seafront, Hadleigh Downs, or Cherry Orchard Park.

All abilities and fitness levels are welcome.  No one gets left behind!
